ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All our products are handmade and produced by artisans living in Guatemala, Bali and Philippines. Our textiles are handwoven and hand dyed individually. Every detail and seams on every style are 100% handcrafted. Therefore, occasional variations can occur due to our intricate hand made process making every M+D product unique and truly one of a kind.

SHIPPING: Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. All orders come with Tracking. You, the buyer is responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and or/lost shipments. M+D will not refund any orders that show 'Delivered' via the shipping carrier.

LEATHER: DUE TO THE NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF LEATHER, THERE CAN BE SLIGHT VARIATIONS, INDENTATIONS, MARKINGS AND/OR DISCOLORATIONS FOUND ON EVERY PRODUCT. THIS IS NOT CONSIDERED AN IMPERFECTION. LEATHER IS ESSENTIALLY, NATURAL SKIN.

PREORDERS + CUSTOM ORDERS: Due to the nature of our cut-to-sew process, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or refunds on any custom or preorder purchase. We do our best to provide estimated completion timeframes, however, in rare cases custom orders may take longer than expected.
