We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds on ALL PREORDERS and CUSTOM ORDERS. We only commission our Artisans for every order that is placed. Please Shop responsibly.

If an in-stock item has been purchased (and has not yet been shipped) we may be able to cancel. You will need to contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Items approved for return/exchange must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive the credit in the full amount. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted to ALL returned items. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete.

*All sale merchandise is final sale. No returns or exchanges please. This includes ALL orders purchased using a discount code and all purchases made during all sales events.

DUE TO THE NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF LEATHER, THERE CAN BE SLIGHT VARIATIONS, MARKINGS AND/OR DISCOLORATIONS FOUND ON EVERY PRODUCT. THIS IS NOT CONSIDERED AN IMPERFECTION.

UPON RECEIPT OF (APPROVED) RETURNED GOODS, MERMAIDS & DRAGONS, LLC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY THE RETURN IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE COMPANY RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
