M+D gladly accepts returns for exchange or store credit only within 15 days of your order on regular priced items. We do not issue refunds. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns. 

PREORDERS + CUSTOM ORDERS: Due to the nature of our cut-to-sew process, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or refunds once a custom or preorder purchase has been placed. Our partner Artisans are commissioned for each order.

  • Items approved for return/exchange must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive the credit in the full amount. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted to ALL approved returned items.

 

Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return/exchange is complete.

*All sale merchandise is final sale. No returns or exchanges please. This includes ALL orders purchased using a discount code and all purchases made during all sales events.
